The products are shown descriptively and in photographs.

Terms of sale
Every registered and unregistered user can buy items from the merania.hr offer displayed on the Internet pages. The purchase agreement between the registered / unregistered user and Merania Craft becomes valid upon receipt of the ordered shipment and payment of funds to the Merania Craft account. All listed prices include VAT and are expressed in HRK (the price in euros is informative and does not reflect the variable exchange rate against foreign currencies). The offer and prices for special promotions are valid until the expiration of the deadline stated on the website or until the expiration of stock. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product, unless explicitly stated in the product description. The price of goods is determined for each product individually. Warranty and spare parts
The warranty period for a group of dishes is 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty period for the lighting group is 1 (one) year.
Spare parts for products made up of several separate elements are available for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the product.
Merania does not undertake to supply an identical spare part, but will offer an alternative solution for each. For items for which the warranty period is not specified, the terms of the general warranty conditions according to the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia apply. Supported means of payment:
- Payment slip / bank transfer – you pay to the specified account of Merania Craft according to the issued offer. The invoice will be issued to you with the date of departure from our warehouse and will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when purchasing the product. If you want us to send you an invoice to another address, please let us know when purchasing .
- Cash on delivery, payment to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Before sending the goods with this method of payment, we check by phone whether the customer confirms the order, and we do not send the goods before we receive the confirmation. - Card payment – card payment is made through verified systems and the receipt of funds on the account of Merania Crafts is considered a product order.
Delivery of ordered items
Ordered items will be delivered to your address as soon as possible, and no later than 30 working days for ordered max. 10 products. The entire range from the website www.merania.hr is made to order, so we ensure maximum quality and customized design for each individual customer.
For orders of more than 10 ordered products, the delivery time is agreed directly with the Merania Craft service. In places where there is organized delivery, your package will be delivered directly to your address. Where package delivery is not organized, the delivery service or courier company will
notify you of the arrival of the shipment and you will be able to pick up your package within the delivery time. Craft Merania or an authorized supplier reserves the right to request the identification of the recipient via personal document when delivering the goods, and if the same is not received, Craft Merania reserves the right not to deliver the sent goods. The recipient confirms receipt of the goods by signing the delivery note or similar document.
If the shipment is damaged in transit, such damage is visible when you pick up the shipment, in which case please do not pick up the shipment. Please contact us to check the status of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.

Overview of product and visible shortcomings
The buyer is obliged to inspect the received item in the usual way or give it for inspection, as soon as possible according to the regular course of events, and notify the seller of visible defects within eight days, and in the case of a trade contract without delay belongs to.

In consumer contracts, the consumer as a buyer is not obliged to inspect the item or give it for inspection, but is obliged to notify the seller of the existence of visible defects within two months from the date of discovery of the defect.
When, after receiving the item from the buyer, it turns out that the item has a defect that could not be detected by the usual inspection when taking over the item, the buyer is obliged, under threat of loss of rights, to notify the seller within two months. discovered, and in the case of a commercial contract – without delay.
The right to terminate the contract
- Any contract concluded by means of remote communication may be terminated by the consumer, without giving a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days. 2. In the case of concluding a contract for the sale of a product, the time limit referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall begin to run from the day on which the consumer received the product. 3. In the case of concluding a service contract, the time limit referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall begin to run from the day of concluding the contract.
Form of contract termination
- The contract shall be terminated by written notice of termination sent to the trader. 2. The contract shall be terminated at the time the trader receives the notice of termination. 3. A contract shall be deemed to have been terminated in good time if notice of termination is given within the time limit specified above.
Consequences of contract termination
- In the event of termination of the contract, the consumer is obliged to return the product to the trader at his own expense. 2. The consumer is not liable for the damage suffered by the trader due to the termination of the contract. 3. The consumer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods. 4. The trader shall, within 14 days of receipt of the written notice of termination, return to the consumer the full amount paid by the consumer until the termination.
Exclusion of the right to terminate the contract
