POTTERY HOLIDAYS AND WORKSHOPS in the „Lazzarini-Battiala“ summer residence
The workshop we carry out is a unique experience that takes place in Martinski (Sveti Martin) a small village 10km from Labin in the historical baroque palace Lazzarini-Battiala. This was the summer residence of the last nobel family Lazzarini-Battiala from Labin.
Our pottery studio is placed on the ground floor, equipped with 4 pottery wheels and workspace for handbuilding and painting.
1. One day pottery workshop for 2-6 persons
This workshop will take place from 9:30 till 11:30 and here you will learn the basics of the materials, handbuilding technics and throwing on the pottery wheel with a mentor.

Important notice : Minimal age for children participants is 5 years old, children must be accompanied by at least one parent that participates in the workshop.
The price includes materials, tools and aprons and refreshing drinks, coffee or tea.
You can take away the clay products you make but they are not fired so can easily brake. Clay products will become ceramic products after firing which is done 2 weeks after producing them. We can then send you these products with additional shipping costs.

2. Second day workshop
This program is for the participants of the one day pottery workshop .
The second day from 9:30 till 11:30 you get to continue your practice on the pottery wheel and learn how to do finishing of your products and get more handbuilding tips…

We invite you to stay in one of our self catering apartments and just go down the stairs and enjoy being creative (more info : www.sv-martin.com).
You can choose between the one day and two day workshop and even add one more day of being creative in our beautiful palace.
